The Council of Europe’s Education Department is launching a perception survey to gather teachers’ views on digital technologies and their impact on the profession. The results will inform the development of a forthcoming White Paper on the Futures of Teachers and the Teaching Profession, to be adopted by Ministers of Education in December 2026.

Co-developed with University College London and ETUCE, the survey will help identify key needs, improve working conditions, and strengthen the status of teachers across Europe.

An online launch event will take place on 2 June 2026 from 16:00 to 16:45 CEST.
