Guidelines for the teaching of civic education (2024)
National guidelines supporting the use of AI in primary and secondary education for teaching, innovation and organisational development. They establish binding requirements concerning data protection, transparency and security, alongside broader guidance on responsible AI use.
Education trade unions were involved through their representation in the CSPI (Consiglio Superiore della Pubblica Istruzione), which reviewed the draft guidelines and proposed revisions, some of which were incorporated.
